 Photo of me today: 


Brunch: Woke up at 11, ate eggs and pomegranate again. 

Snack: More pomegranate and some grapefruit. Also ate about 2 tablespoons of trail mix.

Dinner: Rice, peppers, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, fake chicken, and meatballs. 

Feelings: Felt good today; mood was overall stable. Elated in the morning and mood turned normal in the afternoon. Relaxed but still dreading school. Just trying to stay strong.
